4.1 You agree to fulfill orders promptly and provide accurate shipping information.

4.2 We reserve the right to cancel or suspend transactions for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, violations of our policies, or legal requirements.

5.1 You will receive payments for your sales after deducting our platform fees.

5.2 Platform fees and payment terms are outlined in a separate agreement, and you agree to comply with those terms.

6.2 Clearly communicate your shipping and return policies to customers.

9.1 We reserve the right to terminate your vendor account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, or legal requirements.

10.1 Any disputes between you and Smart Electronics shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Rules in Mizoram.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  1. Governing Law

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mizoram Jurisdiction.

By registering as a vendor on Smart Electronics Multi-Vendor Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
